Return Policy


To avoid Restocking Fees you must return the item back in the original factory packaging complete with all accessories, hardware and manuals in like new condition. Do not write on the factory box or the Owner/Installation Manual. Any non factory modifications made to an item will make it ineligible for an EXCHANGE. A minimum Restocking Fee of 10% plus the cost of parts could be charged to your account for the replacement of missing parts or repairs of damaged items.



Include all discs, adapters specially power supplies etc. We will need the original power supply in order to conduct proper testing and troubleshooting procedures. If you do not have the original factory box please use enough packing material to prevent shipping damage. 




It is the responsibility of the buyer, not to determine the legality and conform to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, possession, and/or use of the products/equipment that we offer. By placing an order with  by mail, telephone or online (including Ebay), the buyer represents that he/she is of legal age to receive the products/equipment ordered and that the products/equipment will only be used in a legal and lawful manner in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any liability and/or damage resulting from the misuse and/or unlawful use of any of the products/equipment that we offer is that of the buyer, not Furthermore, by submitting an order by mail, telephone or online (including Ebay) to the buyer does hereby unconditionally stipulate:


1. That he/she/it is unconditionally bound by the Terms and Conditions in their entirety.


2. That he/she/it is entering into a legal and lawfully binding purchase contract and said buyer does further agree to pay for all items ordered, shipping costs associated with order, contract enforcement administrative costs, contract enforcement legal fees, contract enforcement collection fees, Ebay dispute research/response fees (research/response fee minimum $500.00 per response), and chargeback research/response fees (chargeback research/response fee minimum $500.00 per response). In addition, buyer also agrees to pay all aforementioned costs/fees/charges in the event that said buyer refuses shipment, fails to pick-up shipment from the carrier, or obtains a credit card chargeback. All outstanding accounts will be referred for collection and will be reported to all credit bureaus. All accounts referred for collection will be assessed a minimum $500.00 collection fee.


3. That the jurisdiction and venue for any legal action on behalf of or against will be located in Ocean County, State of New Jersey.


Buyer further stipulates that he/she/it consents to the recording of any telephone communication from or to for quality assurance, order clarification, and/or dispute resolution purposes.



If you are not satisfied with your purchase, notify us within 30 days from receipt to obtain a RMA# and we will refund the purchase price (A 30%restocking fee will apply). Shipping charges are not refundable. All returns must be in new condition and sellable condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping expenses (even if shipping charges were discounted or item was advertised as free shipping) will be deducted from refund upon return. We pay shipping charges to get the unit to you and these charges must be covered by the buyer.


Any non factory modifications will void all warranties i.e.: painting the item, cutting the cables, etc. Normal wear and tear, damages caused by vandalism or weather/climate, misuse or improper installation will not be covered by the warranty. 


You will be responsible for all shipping charges for the REPAIR or EXCHANGE. If you have purchased our EXTENDED WARRANTY we  will pay for FedEx Ground shipping charges on REPAIRS. 


REPAIRS are normally processed within 3-5 business days. REPAIRS on EXTENDED WARRANTY items are normally processed within 1 business day.
